Eligibility and Admission Process for BA LLB

Eligibility

  • Admission to the BA LLB-5 Year program is made strictly on merit based & Personal Interview of the student.
  • To be eligible for admission in the BA LLB-5 Year degree program, the candidate should:
  • Have passed Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2 System) or equivalent Examination with at least 45% marks in aggregate for General Category & 40% marks in aggregate for SC/ST Category.
  • Candidates appearing/appeared for the Annual Examination in March/April are also eligible to apply.
  • No Age Limit (MJPRU BAREILLY and Bar Council of India norms)

Note: All the above mentioned rules & regulation are subject to MJPRU BAREILLY and Bar Council of India.

Check List of Documents for BA LLB

  • 10th mark sheet and certificate.
  • 12th mark sheet and certificate.
  • Transfer certificate.
  • Character certificate.
  • Migration certificate.
  • Caste certificate.
  • Domicile certificate.
  • ID proof.
  • Six photographs.

The candidate are required to submit original certificate at the time of admission and two sets of self attested photo copies of following documents / certificates:-

Eligibility for LLB

  • Admission to the LL.B.-3 Year program is made strictly on merit based & Personal Interview of the student.
  • To be eligible for admission in the LL.B.-3 Year degree program, the candidate should:
  • Have passed Graduation(10+2+3 pattern) in any discipline of a recognized College/University, having secured minimum 45% marks in aggregate for General Category & 40% marks in aggregate for SC/ST Category.
  • Candidates appearing/appeared for the Annual Examination in March/April and those appearing in semester examinations in May-June are also eligible to apply.
  • As per MJPRU BAREILLY and Bar Council of India norms).
